U.S. Post Office Delays

According to their website, the U.S. Post Office is experiencing volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. ERIE has had no delay in their mailing of invoices and payments, however, some Customers have contacted ERIE and their Agents with concerns about not receiving their mail.

As a reminder, Customers are able to view and make payments through their Online Account. Customers can sign up for or access Online Account through www.erieinsurance.com/account. Customers can also pay bills through erieinsurance.com and ERIE’s mobile app.
